DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK

What to assess before pursuing.

QUALIFICATION

Requirement and acquisition stage

Confirm issuing office, notice type, scope, procurement vehicle, set-aside status, NAICS, and response deadline using the original posting.

POSITIONING

Incumbent and teaming intelligence

Review previous awards, likely recompete timing, incumbent performance where public, and potential prime or subcontractor partners.

FIT

Technical and mission alignment

Evaluate mission capability, past performance, contract compliance, clearance requirements, and access restrictions before investing in a bid.

VALIDATION

Source and currency controls

Use SAM.gov as the controlling source for live solicitation details and amendments. Never infer that a forecast or an award constitutes an open competition.

DATA INTEGRITY

Current means verified.

Recent awards are requested directly from a public government data service. Upcoming opportunities are accessed through official live SAM.gov searches; this site does not yet ingest or independently refresh the full SAM.gov opportunity inventory. If the awards feed is unavailable, no stale results are presented as current. A persistent scheduled procurement-monitoring backend and API credentials are needed for unattended updates and deadline alerts.
